Togthr Co. Creative Workshops
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions before booking a Togthr Co. children’s creative workshop. By booking a place, you agree to the terms below.
1. About the Workshops
Togthr Co. provides creative art and craft workshops for children. Our August Summer Creative Workshops are 1 hour 45 minute creative sessions where children can paint, make, explore and take home a finished piece.
These workshops are hosted by Togthr Co. and take place at Polliwogs Paint Pots.
2. Age Suitability
Our August Summer Creative Workshops are suitable for children aged 6 to 10.
Please make sure your child is within the stated age range before booking. If your child is slightly outside the age range and you feel the session would suit them, please contact Togthr Co. before booking.
3. Booking and Payment
All places must be booked in advance.
A place is only confirmed once payment has been completed through the booking system.
Workshop places are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Prices are:
- £20 per child, per session
- £18 per child, per session for sibling bookings
All materials are included in the session price.
4. What Children Need to Bring
Children only need to bring a bottle of water.
Please make sure children wear clothes that can get a little messy, as we will be using paint, glue and craft materials. Togthr Co. cannot be responsible for marks or stains on clothing.
5. Drop-Off and Collection
Parents/carers should arrive a few minutes before the session starts so children can be signed in.
Children must be collected promptly at the end of the session.
Children will only be released to the parent/carer or named adult listed on the booking form. If someone different will be collecting your child, please let Togthr Co. know in advance.
6. Late Collection
Please collect your child on time at the end of the workshop.
If you are running late, please contact Togthr Co. as soon as possible.
Repeated or significant late collection may affect future bookings.
7. Medical Information, Allergies and Additional Needs
Parents/carers must provide accurate information about any medical conditions, allergies, additional needs or support requirements at the time of booking.
This helps us prepare properly and support your child as best we can during the workshop.
Togthr Co. reserves the right to contact a parent/carer before the session if further information is needed.
8. Emergency Contact
An emergency contact number must be provided when booking.
The parent/carer must be contactable for the full duration of the workshop.
In the unlikely event of an accident, illness or emergency, Togthr Co. will contact the parent/carer or emergency contact listed on the booking form.
9. Behaviour and Safety
We want every child to feel safe, welcome and able to enjoy the workshop.
Children are expected to:
- listen to instructions
- treat others kindly
- use materials safely
- respect the space and other children’s work
If a child’s behaviour becomes unsafe or significantly disruptive, Togthr Co. may contact the parent/carer and ask for the child to be collected.
10. Photography and Video Permission
Photo and video permission will be requested during booking.
Photos or videos may be used for Togthr Co. social media, website, marketing or promotional purposes only if permission has been given.
No child’s name will be used alongside their image without additional permission.
If you do not give photo/video permission, this will not affect your child’s ability to attend the workshop.
11. Cancellations by Parents/Carers
If you need to cancel your child’s place, please let Togthr Co. know as soon as possible.
Due to limited spaces and materials being prepared in advance, bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the workshop date unless the place can be filled from a waiting list.
If you cancel more than 7 days before the workshop, Togthr Co. may offer a refund or transfer to another available session, subject to availability.
12. Transfers
If your child can no longer attend a session, Togthr Co. may be able to transfer the booking to another available session.
Transfers are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
13. Cancellations by Togthr Co.
Togthr Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop if necessary, including due to illness, low numbers, venue issues or circumstances outside our control.
If Togthr Co. cancels a workshop, parents/carers will be offered either:
- a transfer to another available session, or
- a refund for the cancelled session
14. Illness
Please do not bring your child to a workshop if they are unwell, have a contagious illness, or have had sickness or diarrhoea within the previous 48 hours.
This helps keep other children, families and staff safe.
15. Materials and Finished Work
All materials needed for the workshop are included.
Children will usually take home their finished piece at the end of the session. In some cases, if an item needs extra drying time, Togthr Co. will advise when it can be collected.
16. Personal Belongings
Children should avoid bringing valuable personal items to the workshop.
Togthr Co. cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced personal belongings.
17. Parent/Carer Responsibility
Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring that all booking information is accurate and up to date.
By booking, you confirm that you have parental responsibility or permission to book the child onto the workshop.
18. Contact
If you have any questions before your child attends, please contact Togthr Co.
